From the notice boards to your region, every day

Simple: activate a plan and you get access to the beach tenders we've already collected, organised municipality by municipality — with concise dossiers, official documents and investor sheets, so you go into the tender prepared, not at the last minute.

  1. every nightWe read. The ANAC notice platform, regional and tender portals, and the notice boards of coastal and lakeside municipalities.
  2. then a personReads it, and approves. Every new act enters as a draft and goes live only once approved, with status, deadline and the date it was read; lots, criteria and indemnity once the brief is approved, with a link to the document they come from.
  3. whenever you wantYou find it in your region. Status, countdown and documents are online, municipality by municipality.

How we verify data

No blind automatic aggregators: behind the radar there's a daily method.

The method, every morning
  1. Automatic scan of official sources: Official Gazette, tender portals and municipal websites.
  2. New documents detected on tender pages, with the act date and the register window; the bid deadline is stated in the brief once read.
  3. A new tender starts as a draft and only goes live once someone approves it; time-driven status changes — closing, reopening, deadline to be confirmed — are written by the chain from the dates in the acts, and the brief says which date and why.
Sheets link to the source of each datum; on live tenders the source label sits next to every entry. The radar's last-update date is at the top of the site.

Sea and lakes — but not in the same plan.

State concessions are not only beaches. We monitor all three families: what changes is the plan that includes them.

Sea
115
beach concessions monitored

The heart of the radar. Included in every plan, even single-region.

Lakes
29
lake concessions monitored

Garda, Maggiore, Como, Trasimeno and the others. All-Italy plan only.

Interested in a lake? You need the All-Italy plan. Some regions have no coastline: in our data they only appear with lake concessions, so a single-region plan would not cover them.

Why Radar Concessioni

Tender portals have existed for twenty years, but they're generalist and built for procurement professionals. Here there is one subject only: the Italian beach concessions going out to tender.

Generic procurement portals
  • Thousands of notices from every sector, filtered by hand
  • Insider language and subscriptions
  • State concessions are one case in a thousand
Radar Concessioni
  • Public-waterfront concessions only: no noise, everything organised
  • Sheets and documents ready for screening
  • Official public sources, directly linked
