The Radar Concessioni service (radarconcessioni.com; in English BeachStake, beachstake.com) is run by Bellucci Srl, registered office at Via Giacomo Brodolini 4, 47922 Rimini (RN), Italy, VAT/tax code 04882010400, REA RN-448816, the data controller for the personal data collected through this website. For any request about your data you can write to [email protected] or to the certified email (PEC) [email protected]. Full company details are in the Legal notice.
Bellucci Srl has been the data controller since 17 September 2026, having taken over the role also for data collected before that date: same purposes, same office and same contacts as stated in this notice. Nothing has changed in the way your data is used.
You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to us or using the unsubscribe link in the emails: we will stop the related mailings.
Account data is kept as long as the account exists; you can ask for its deletion at any time. Form requests are kept for the time needed to reply and, if you consented to commercial communications, until you withdraw that consent. For the tax and accounting obligations tied to subscriptions and purchases, documents are kept for the statutory period (up to 10 years). We do not sell your data to third parties.
To run the service we rely on third-party providers that process data on our behalf as data processors (art. 28 GDPR), within their respective purposes:
Some of these providers are based or have infrastructure outside the European Union (in particular in the United States: Cloudflare, Stripe, Google). In those cases the transfer takes place under appropriate safeguards provided by the GDPR — the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and/or participation in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. You can ask us for more information at the contacts above.
Technical components. The website's fonts and libraries are hosted on our own servers: displaying them involves no requests to third-party services other than those listed.
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability (arts. 15-22 GDPR), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali). To exercise them write to [email protected] or to the PEC [email protected].
Radar Concessioni processes information drawn from public and institutional sources (municipal notice boards, “Transparent administration” sections and e-procurement platforms of public bodies, Regional Official Bulletins, the Italian Official Gazette), within the re-use of public data allowed by Directive (EU) 2019/1024 and Italian Legislative Decree 200/2021. Some of this information may relate to natural persons (e.g. sole traders): business name or sign, location of the premises, economic data of the concession (fee, compensation), references of the deeds. We process no special categories of data.
Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR) in offering an information and analysis service on procedures of significant public and economic interest. We process this data only for that purpose and do not use it for advertising profiling.
The paid product is based on aggregated and statistical data. The Pro features and the dossiers offer processing, statistics and analysis in aggregated form on the procedures (number and status of tenders, deadlines, territorial trends). We do not sell, transfer or commercialise in any way the names or the individual economic figures of concession holders: where such information appears it comes from public deeds and serves solely as informational context; it is not the object of the sale. Where the purpose can be achieved with aggregated or anonymous data, we always use the latter. In the documents published in the service, the personal data they contain (e.g. tax codes) is blanked out before publication.
Right to object. If you are a concession holder and your data appears in the service, you have the right to object to the processing (art. 21 GDPR) and to ask for its rectification or erasure: write to [email protected] or to the PEC [email protected]. We remove or rectify the data without undue delay, unless compelling and overriding legitimate grounds apply.
Retention and visibility. We keep this data while the procedure is of current informational interest and in any case no longer than 24 months from its closing/award (then removal or anonymisation). Names and individual figures are not indexed by search engines and remain accessible only to the service's authorised users. We keep a record of the provenance of each item (source and date).
Technical cookies (always active). If you sign in to your account the website sets a single cookie, better-auth.session_token: the session cookie of the reserved area (HttpOnly, 7-day duration, renewed with each day of use; deleted when you sign out). It recognises you from one page to the next and is not used for profiling. Without signing in the website sets no cookies of its own. Your choice about cookies is saved only on your device (browser localStorage, for 6 months). The protection network in front of the website (Cloudflare) may set short-lived technical security cookies (e.g. __cf_bm), needed to tell visitors apart from automated traffic. None of these requires consent.
Analytics cookies (only with your consent). To measure the use of the website we use Google Analytics 4 (with anonymised IP), which sets cookies and identifiers. We currently use no advertising or remarketing tools (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Pixel); should they be activated in the future, we will update this notice and the banner before using them. Google Analytics is activated only after you have given consent through the cookie banner: until then it stays off thanks to Google's Consent Mode v2 (default setting “denied”; in that mode Google may receive aggregated technical signals without cookies or identifiers, the so-called Consent Mode pings). You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of every page. These providers may also process data outside the EU, with the safeguards described in section 5.
You can also manage or delete cookies from your browser settings.
